The Effects Of Water On Losing Weight

“Water is not just a thirst quencher, but also activates the metabolism,” says Michael Boschmann, a senior researcher at the Franz-Volhard Clinical Research Center, Charité-University Medicine in Berlin, Germany.

Boschmann and his team of seven young women and seven young men drink half a liter (about 2 glasses) of water on an empty stomach in the morning. Consequently, the doctor proposes to half a liter of water per day in winter (2 glasses) and in summer two fifty-eight liters of drinking (up to 3 / 4 of a gallon). “The body needs water constantly running smoothly,” adds Boschmann.
